The Frequent Fitness Program is jointly run by the Council of Graduate Students and the Inter-Professional Council.
The program is simple. You do your preferred fitness activities. Keep track of your activities and convert them to "miles" using the chart. At the end of each month, submit your miles on this website by logging in. Then in August, December, March, or June, choose your prize based on the number of miles you have accumulated. In addition, you will receive useful coupons from our local business sponsors.
Bragging rights are up for grabs - we will be keeping track of the percentage of students from each college's enrollment that are participating in the program and the average number of miles logged per month. The college's with the highest participation average and the highest average miles per month will be recongnized.
